If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received, please call 202-526-8767 within 48 hours to report damages and up to 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization(RA) number for products in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Products returned without authorization, additional items not part of original authorization, or products arriving in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for credit and product will not be shipped back to the customer.
